Fanuc powermate 0 axis calibration ?

    Hi,

when i move my metric lathe 20.0 units it actually moves 10 mm.

the lathe has been sitting for years in storage and i am just getting to know it.

any idea what caused this and how i can fix it ?

    Thanks.

    What Axis

x axis, does this have to do with diameter/radius mode parameter or something of that sort ? the movements where made via manual control. the z axis is fine.

    - when programming, X is always a diameter size

FYI.....when programming a 90°radius sweep, the X change is 2 times the radius, Z change is 1 times the radius
    ie starting at X0 Y0,.... G2 X20 Z-10. R10. ( is a 10mm radius move)

that applies even for jogging the x axis ? because even when jogging it moves half the distance.

    thanks.
