I have a Puma 2500SY that will not change tools on the turret, spin the live tooling or come out of c axis mode and switch to main spindle mode on the spindle mode select. There is no machine alarms or messages. Can anyone help?

Now the machine has a 2047 alarm. "TURRET CLAMP SWITCH ALARM OR TURRET CONTROL UNIT ALARM"

There are no alarms on the turret drive unit and it looks like the switch is sensing the dog for the turret clamp. The switch lights are coming on and also the switch is showing on and off in the diagnosis screen. Not sure what else could be causing this alarm.

Now I feel like I'm talking to myself... In case anyone was keeping an eye on this. The problem is resolved. I'm not sure how or what was going on, but I ended up calling Doosan and having them walk me through. We went through a bunch of K, R and X numbers in the diagnostic screens. Turns out when I first called K15.6 was a 0. Witch indicates that the turret hasn't completed a turret index. He said that something didn't add up because every number we checked after that indicated that the turret index was complete (but still K15.6 was a 0). He asked if there was a light lit on the manual index button on the control. There is not lamp but I ended up hitting the button anyways. I saw the turret move a little so I pressed it again and the turret changed positions. Not sure what was holding it up, but it was back to normal now. (even K15.6 was switched to a 1). Kind of weird that nothing was sticking out that was wrong (other than K15.6 not being completed).
