Hello,
I would like to change some of the machine parameters with the NUM 1040 controller.
From information that I gathered that is done via “CN UTILITY -> 0 ACCESS TO UTILITY PROGRAMMES” but when I want to select this utility in the menu, nothing happens (see image).
Is there any general lock or do I need to change some access rights to activate this utility?
How can that be activated or “unlocked”?
Any help appreciated!

Hello Cimrez,
Some PLC applications can lock out access to utilities. If you are willing to share what type of parameter changes you had in mind I may be able to help.
