LaserCut 6.1 Error "C0000005" when "Download Current CFG"

    Dear People,

I just got a laser engraving machine from China, and it came with the software LaserCut 6.1.

I installed it on a PC running Windows 7, 64 Bit.

I get an error "C0000005" when I click the "Download current CFG" to send the file to the engraving machine. This error crashes the software...

I installed it on a laptop with Windows 7, 64 Bit, and it worked fine.

Anybody have any idea how I can proceed? I need it to work from the PC

Even though I bought the engraver with the rotary, I have not tried using it till now. In case I do, I will let you know.

By the way, on another topic, I found this link very useful to adjust the engraver in case it is not cutting to the right size:

    Hi,

I am having the same problem but with Windows 10. Have you managed to solve the problem?
