The allowable spindle runout seems high to me, 0.01mm. Just me or is that a lot? I mean for a lathe spindle it seems like a lot.
But what I'm more concerned about is radius tolerance. Since the lathe X axis is the mill Z axis, you are limited to the mill Z tolerance. I can't quite divine what that figure is for a 770, but the Z lost motion allowance is .035mm - wow. And the duality whitepaper is clear that you aren't going to get .001" tolerance out of the duality. I imagine the same applies for the rapidturn, since the mill Z limits are the same.
