    Probotix?

I was looking around and came across these guys http://www.probotix.com....has anyone tried out their stuff?.....what are your thoughts?
I like the idea of having seperate drive boards for each axis.

I just dumped what little I know into a spreadsheet. FWIW, they're price competitive (These are all 3-axis packages):

-----------------Price --Motors --Oz/In -Shafts -PS (V/A) -----PWM? -Kit?
HOBBYCNC ------$286.00 Unipolar --200 ---Dual ---24/10 (Kit) -----Yes --Yes
PROBOTIX -------$299.00 Bipolar ---260 ---Single -32/10 (Kit) -----Yes --Assembled
STEPPERWORLD -$329.00 Unipolar? -190 ---Dual ---5/38,12/17 (PC) -No --Assembled
KELING ----------$339.00 Bipolar ---268 ---Dual ---24/6.3 ---------Yes --Assembled
XYLOTEX --------$360.00 Bipolar ---269 ---Dual ---24/5 -----------Yes --Assembled

How many other "packages" are there in this price range?

(Good Grief! This is one clunky editor. Tell me how to paste a table with links!?!)
(EDIT: Just dinkin' with th' columns. Such as they are.)

    Seems not bad to me

I thought they offered a pretty good package just kinda curious why I haven't read anything about them here,
If I ever get the rest of my machine together I will consider their product.

I don't know either. I'm assuming they're relatively new players.
