Hi!

Had a Magic M90 Beam Saw being recommissioned when it stopped working.

'PLC in Blocco' is the error, and an SCM tech in UK told me the PLC file is corrupt.

Has anyone out there got, or know of, a 'Magic M90 (or M65)' Beam Saw.

I got passwords from ESA in Italy, who make the Kvara, but only the 'initsys' works on this unit, so I presume different ones are needed.

I cannot access the 'H' or 'I' drive, and the 'F' drive now says 'File not Found'

Can anyone tell me how to get this unit set up?

I copied files off it, including KVARA.GZ, which is big (800k).

Any help greatly appreciated, especially copies of files for a Magic unit.

To solve the problem PLC IN BLOCCO is necessary to perform the AutoSetup. From step 1 with the formatting and reset the CN ESA loading the PLC in step 12.

But the important thing is to know why the PLC has been Blocked.
Usually the reason is the 3.7volts lithium battery is low on charge. CNCs old KVARA5 or 6, Or battery CR202 for NEW ESA S500.

Is it must be replaced with the machine.

For Autosetup occur without errors is necessary to folder C: / KVARA with the correct files for the Serial Number of your machine.

The battery seems OK, 3.67V, but I have replaced it anyway.

Where can I get the setup instructions and files?

I have copied any files I could find on the unit, which is Kvara 4, code KVR.0004.COS04, Serial No. 20012049.

Did SCM take over the 'Magic' brand, do you know?

Hello Friend.
You did very well to replace the battery.
For detailed information I believe you need to contact the manufacturer CN. The ESA.

But in CN we use in SCM, (and I know not taken the Magic and not part of SCM Group). within the C: \ Kvara there is AutoSetup.ini file and
within the folder C: \ Kavara \ Exe you run the basemenu.exe

File that it had opened in auto setup mode where you choose the Language and then starts the auto setup procedure step 1-12.

sorry but i have the analog problem but i do the autosetup but when it arrive at plc loading there is a message "file non found: /c:slowplc.cmd its urgently sorry for english i'm italian
