    How to flatten DXF file

I have the files to build a 4th axis that are in DXF format.. V carve Pro 8.5 cannot open them. Contacted Vectric and they said the files needed to be flattened. Being new to all this unsure how to accomplish this. I do not have any software that will do this. I will attach the file and if someone could do that I would be grateful. If you can correct the file you may send them to my pm [email protected].
