    RFQ: Hole needed - LOL

I need a chunk of steel shaft with a hole down the middle. It's a tool. It's designed to put a slight taper on a piece of metal conduit pipe when it's hammered inside. The outside of the tool does not really need to be milled if it is larger than specs. CAD files are attached below. The tricky part will be getting the interior slope straight so the pipe tip does not curl inwards when it's hammered inside. It will be 0.4 lbs and it's height is 1.79". Also let me know if you have any shipping charges that are over and above the carrier's charge. Thanks.
