The problem I already ask but they want
A lot of money for licence the the system
Already must have and they want a lot for a licence
That I pay for system

This is a common problem. People buy used hardware that's dependent on software, and then are surprised when they are told that they have to pay for a license to use it, even if it came with the machine they bought. The companies can do this because software is in a different legal category from anything else you might purchase. Instead of being able to transfer ownership along with the hardware, the transfer of the license to use the software is at the discretion of the company that licenses it, and it's common for them to ask for large fees to do it.

You have 4 choices, as I see it. You can either pay the license transfer fee, find third-party software that will also run this scanner, write your own software to run the scanner, or throw the thing in the trash and walk away.
