Hello,

as you can see i am very new here and in Solidcam. SolidWorks i am doingmore or less ok :-)

Now i Need help to understnd how to do a part like the in the attached scren.
But the Problem is only the blue Part.
I really dont know how to do that?

Can anyone help please ?

Hi....you won't be able to mill the part marked in blue unless it is made as a separate part and added in later.

Right.
You can machine it pretty close on a 3 axis machine using really small tools to get in the corners. You will still be left with a fillet. A 5 axis machine could probably handle it as drawn.

i got it wit a very Little rest material.
What i did is using the 2 sides in Kollision Control and give here a litle Offset.
