    Grinder cnc Fanuc 16m error 73

    I have TGR-100a grinder 16m.If I punch a program that O-number, but the machine does not have. An error 73 " PROGRAM NUMBER ALREADY IN USE". I deleted the program in your computer and change the O-numbers, still read it. But now I can only punch that can not read. Please,help me ! Thanks .
