We recently updated a Post Processor for Partmaker to output programs to our swiss department, for the L16 machines with Mitsubishi Meldas 320L control. Everything appeared to output properly, but after loading the program we found that the cutoff speed was drastically reduced. Cutting off a .625" bar took 5:34 on 200% override. After doing some research, it appears that the Post spit out some extra info in the $0 (MC-Data) portion of the program that we don't normally deal with. Below is the code it output.

The lines with * are what we normally have in the program, and what the machine will output when saving a program back to the server. It seems obvious that #822 would be the issue, but we have changed it to drastically different numbers to try to get it to change the cutoff feed with no luck. The last four, #990 - #893, are not explained in the post processor and are not accessible on the controller. I have no manuals that explain or define ANY of these parameters, so I cant even comfortably play with other parameters to get things working right. Does anyone have a parameter manual or list for this machine that explains what these are? Anyone ever had a similar issue that they remember solving?
Thanks!
