I wonder if someone could help me with a puzzle I have. I have created a memo board in ArtCam, saved the tool-paths to Gcode, then loaded it into Mach3 with a config file for a Chinese 6040 cnc but get the following error message:-
Radius to end of arc differs from radius to start, Block = G2 X0.5402 Y17.51965 I4.0099 J-0.2208
Now here is what I consider to be the puzzle. If I load the exact same file into Mach3 using a config file for a Chinese 3020 I don’t receive an error message and do a dummy run without any machine connected it completes a full fault free cycle.
When I compare like, for like, I perform the tests without a machine connected. The fault still appears when a Chinese 6040 is connected. The fault does not appear when a Chinese 3020 is connected (but it is too small to run the project without damage), does anyone have any ideas.

Go to General Config and change the IJ mode.
