Hi all,

Recently, I bought a brand new 40w laser cutter shipped from China. Rightfully, I should contact the Chinese Company but it seems to be a challenge to establish a link with them. Below are the problem that I faced and appreciate it if you could share your experience with me.

1) After the installation, i.e. smoke fan, air pump and water pump, I tried to press the test button and no miracle happen. However, when I pressed the PSU red test button, the laser did burn a small hole on my plywood.

2)The laser machine does not come with a software. However, I managed to download it from the internet. The software works well with the dongle and my computer could recognized the laser machine when I plugged it to my USB. The problem starts when I tried to engrave it. The laser cutter head move along the x-axis and y-axis as per the drawing from the Corel Laser, however, it just wont fire. Any idea what could be the problem.

Mine is 3020 and it comes with buttons instead of knob. The buttons works as I can adjust the power and test it with the PSU test button. However, the panel test button is not working. This make me worried as I am not sure where could the fault be
