My mastercam x6 constanty freezes for a few minutes, every few minutes.

This could be the computer you are running on. Have you talked to your dealer about this?

No we haven't, we've been using this system for years. We have another system with the same exact specs and they both run Mastercam for 8 hours a day and theres never any hang ups. The only difference between the two is that this one is formatted to Raid 0. I was wondering if there were any changes that we can make before resulting in buying a new workstation.

I did testing with Raid 0, Raid 1 and raid 5 years ago including scsi raid never found the gains like I have with SSD. are you using onboard raid or a raid card?
I would be that is casing the freezing. take of the Raid and add a SSD as the main. bet it will work better. I even tested Raid with two SSD but with and on board raid had isses .

I'm getting a new issue, now every few seconds the project screen turns white after no activity and comes back if I move. All I did was update drivers and reinstall mastercam and clearing the registry. I might give the SSD a try

What windows are you running and what video card?
