I recently acquired a 2001 DMU50V Evo with a ITNC 530 control from an auction and the electrical cabinet has a couple important contactors missing and a couple other things unplugged. I have all the missing parts, I just need to know where all the unlabelled blue signal wires are supposed to go. I'd love it if someone had the service manual available with an electrical diagram for this machine so I can figure out how to get it wired back up in there, though I'm sure a service manual will come in handy many times through my ownership of the machine.
