I will explain the steps that I have followed to get the problem.
1) I installed the Mach3 V R3.043.022
2) I copied the licence to Mach3 directory
3) I created a Mill profile "Mill Home1"
4) I started up Mach3
5) I checked if the program was licenced. The program indicated in the left upper corner that Mach3 is licenced +Name and unlimitted line Nbrs.
6) I clicked on the help function and in the drop down menu on " About mach3 control" The screen indicated licenced + name + version R3.043.022.
7) I configured the CNC milling machine and added the ESS (Ethernet Smooth Stepper) plug in module.
8) I restarted Mach3 and checked step 5 and 6, step 5 indicated identical, step 6 indicated Demo + Version
9) From then on, the line nbr limit was max 500 lines
10) I created a new 2nd profile "Mill Home2"
11) Started up Mach3 with Mill Home2 (Mach3 default configuration without ESS) and checked step 5 & 6
Result:step 6 Licenced + Name, Step 6 Name + Version and unlimitted line nbrs.
Whit this I conclude that the implementation of the ESS causes the problem.
Is there anybody with the same experience and the ability to give a solution for this problem?
Thanks in advance
