    According to your link, USB.
You didn't get a user manual with it?

Manual only in Chinese... and no software where I could use the Laser.. Is it just to connect to a computer and print or how do I do it? I have a 40W co2 laser and it came a software with it and I opened the software and added just the co2 lasers number and it works well...

The ebay ad says it comes with the Marking Software, it also says you only need a monitor, keyboard, and mouse to start using. Is there maybe a built in computer unit on the square box? A vga monitor plug maybe?

    1.20W Q-Switch laser source.
    2.Power supply.
    3.Galvo head.
    4.Theta lens.
    5.Marking software.
You need to prepare keyboard, mouse and monitor, then you can begin to work with the device

Look up on youtube they have some of these units working. Looks like there is software for them, I would contact the seller they will probably send you a link to download the software.

Generally you need a computer connection, which in your case is a USB port.
Then you need software, installed on your computer, which understands the laser commands.
Your system appears to "rasterize" the artwork and sends laser commands to turn the laser off or on and control for the X & Y co-ordinates based on picture data.
Without the proper software I don't see how you can make it work. You should ask the seller about this issue.

The keyboard and mouse connect to a computer, not the laser unit.
This video shows a similar unit and it uses a computer built in a monitor.
It also appears to use the LAN from the laser unit to the computer, around the 5:38-5:40 time mark
