Hello. Does anybody have the exact setup needed to activate the release button please?

We've used it many times over the years that we have had the machine, but today its just not playing ball with us. We are guessing that we have something subtle set incorrectly.

Any thoughts welcomed, thanks for your help.

Be sure your in Handle mode press the door open button on the control panel, now try the tool release button. This is how my 2006 Hardinge xp3 operates.

Thanks for getting back to me. On Friday we had a good go at it. Turned out that the cables to the back of the release button had corroded and failed. Still physically connected, but not electrically.... A couple of new crimps and we are away again. Thanks for your input on this. Cheers. Maurice
