Help wiring Tool Height/ Z axis height base into C10 BOB

I have been unsuccessful trying to get me tool height pad wired to my C10 BOB. Has anyone done this successfully? I have tried configuring Mach 3 using this diagram, but was unsuccessful.

I have tried using the Pull up/down resistors on the BOB and even tried adding a 1k inline without luck.

What I will note is the fact that I was able to get the Digitize box in Mach 3 Diagnostics to go on/turn green when I touched the alligator clip (that is supposed to be clipped to the bit) to a metal surface of the machine.

Thanks in advance for lending a hand!

a diagram of how you have connected any limit switches and the tool height pad will help
    its missing from your post

I expect you need a pull up resistor so the input is high until the tool grounds it
8is the input set to active low ?

with the C10 breakout board ,
one jumper selects all pull up or all pull down resistors for all 5 inputs

I recommend you ask this question in the Benchtop machines forum.

The machines those of us here own don't have "C10 BOB".
