haas 4th axis how to make it rotate 90 will doning a tool change

have a ton of parts to run and looking to save as much time a possible on machine
running a hrt 210 haas 4th on a haas vf4 when doing a tool change can I have it rotate 4th axis at the same time so when its done doing tool change it cone go right to milling
I tried putting the A move on the same line as tool change that did not work
but thought there was a way to do this that I read somewhere
    thanks for any help

Haas lathes have an option for this but I don't think it's possible on the mill. The M-code is executed after the rest of the codes on the line have completed, including XYZABC movements. You can save some time by performing a tool change without commanding a Z move or spindle stop, but those are artifact of the control doing it automatically when performing a tool change.
If there's a way to fake it I'd love to find out!
