I am trying to help some people with this Morbidelli Author 500 , i am a novice regarding CNC machines, however i am a computer specialist.

The main problem is that it gives an error "00029 LOADING PLC ERROR" (picture attached) , the operators at the machine says they know how to fix that, IF they can get acces to "Menu PLC". However whenever we try access that menu item, we get a prompt for a password ..which nobody knows.. we have tried all the obvious things, even read manuals.
The people who sold /setup the machine are no longer in business..


I have a local copy of the Win95 harddrive , so i got complete access to all files.

The machine is as mentioned Win95, the software is called "Esa GV Kvara 3.0" (picture attached)

Are there any known default passwords, or a way to hack/circumvent it ?
Any help is highly appreciated !

this is a way.. where you have not to entry in menù plc, with esa blocks you have to load plc ... end then start these program at the launch of mkvara ... sorry, for any inconprension contact me at email [email protected]
