can someone please help me ?

I am buying this 4th axis for my cnc machine CNC F Style A-Axis 4th-Axis Router Rotational Rotary Axis 3-Jaw 80mm+Tailstock | eBay and wanted to know can I also use it on my laser machine which has leeto controller that supports 4 th axis ?

I honestly don't see why it shouldn't work given that the motors are almost identical but seller says it's not possible that it's for cnc machine. Maybe she's right but I would like to be certain

Can someone please clarify this ?

Provided your stepper driver can run the motor from their description:

NEMA23 stepper motor, 1.8degree, 2.2N.M 3.5A

What stepper driver is fitted to the machine that you want to use to operate the rotary?
