Good day, we have a problem with a Mori Seiki SH-50 with controlled MSC 516, it presents the alarms:
414 Servo Alarm : Y axis detect error
414 Servo Alarm : X axis detect error
But only present this alarms when pass a few time with main power off like a 45 min or more, the solution we find its turn on main power, left on for 30 min or more then turn main power off and turn on and the alarm disappear, but sometimes take much more time to reset the alarm, anyone knows how can fix this problem, thanks.

I know this is and old thread, but the 414 alarm is just telling you that there is a problem with the servo amp. Next time it happens take a look at the servo amp/s and post the alarm number of the servo amp plus the part number and we can go from there. If my guess is correct the part number should be A06B-6079-Hxxx.
