PRO CNC Build Series: Plug and Play Electronics and Spindle Connection Guide

All - For those of you building one of our machines (or considering) here is our latest PRO Build Series video covering our Plug-and-Play CNC Electronics (NEMA 34, NEMA 23), and the 2.2kW Plug and Play Spindle.

This video picks up directly after the mechanical assembly of a PRO Series machine (PRO4848 Shown)

    https://youtu.be/DMISc-r7fKg

FYI: Next video will cover the CNC software setup process (Mach3/ESS) - Let us know if you have suggestions or tips and we'll make sure those get covered.

    Thanks!

It's a great looking setup for sure.
What's the difference between these drivers and the driver in your Diy kit?
Since you're selling as a device does it have ul inspection approval?

The Plug-and-Play controllers use stand-alone digital motor drivers and the DIY (NEMA 23) kits use a integrated multi-driver package that incorporate the drivers and some IO to simplify DIY wiring and mounting. Both solutions are well matched to our machines however there are packaging, cooling, and expandability advantages to our use of stand-alone drivers in the pre-built Plug-and-Play controllers.

Regarding your second question, our controllers are not UL/NRTL certified, I'd suggest contacting your local licensed electrical inspector to see what relevance (if any) this has for your application.

    Thanks Jeff!
