    Citizen E32 Parameter Data Protected

    Hello,

Im trying to change some parameters on our E32, but its data protected. Does anyone know how to turn off parameter data protect on those machines?
In "PLC-SW" page "13. PRM Protect" switch doesn't seem to effect anything.

    Thanks

1001//M is what I use on our A32's, A20's, and L20's when I change parameters. It enables parameter write. I can't remember if it's in Maintenance, or Parameter screen. MCSTRCT, I think, not near any machine now, so can't be sure. Input: 1001//M, change parameters, power down to accept changes and lock write mode, power back up. I would think it would work on the E's also. I can double check tomorrow, and let you know more specifics if you'd like. --------------- John

Maintenance Page, IFDIAG, then enter 1001//M. See if that works for you. ------------- John
