Z Axis keeps going to home

Just bought a bed mill with a cent V controller. We loaded a small program off a floppy and it begins to act on the code and then the z keeps going to the home position. We looked at the code and we are not seeing what is causing it. Is there anything I missed in the setup parameters that may be causing this?
    Thanks
    Joe

Can you post the section of code where that happens?

I once mistyped the tool change position parameter as a positive number when it should have been negative. A tool change just ran it to the upper limit and stopped. Other than that, make sure you understand the tool offsets. Zero position is at the top. Without some negative numbers in the tool offsets or coordinate settings any positive z number will run the head to the top limit.

We had a wrong H value - thanks. Everything is good again.
