Had a little time to play around with NPT and figured I would finally get it sorted.
Much to my surprise I was checking out Machinist ToolBox for some thread parameters and ran across when I hit the OK button and got Gcode. Copied and pasted into Predator and Backploted and taper and spiral looked good. It even had the option for single point or thread hob for the cutter.
Might be old news but it was new to me.
Now test at the Machine

Several thread mill manufacturers have code generators that produce a chunk of code for addition to your program,
