    Morbidelli Author 636 Manual Testing

    I need to manually spin the spindle and I'm having trouble with it. I believe I am on the proper screen, but the help menu informs me that I cannot run any manual tests on the spindle without activation of some sort and this is where I'm stumped. I need to spin the spindle at 18000 for 1 minute. Help!

    Could could create a program to move 1" at 1ipm.
    I have the same machine, but don't know how to do it.

    I called SCM. They walked me through it on the F12 screen. They also told me to push reset to stop it. I did, and it didn't stop. It took a few minutes plus a dropped bit but I got it stopped, what a nightmare! Next time I will be calling them back and having them walk me through the process from start to finish, then writing it down.
