I've got two 2 3/8 diameter hole I'm trying to machine with V27 adaptive roughing cycle. I'm using a 1" cutter using a 5% step over but I can't get it to run correctly...I'm getting a rad too small error towards the end of the cycle...any idea what I'm doing wrong? Thanks

Seems to be OK on my V27.

I did it with plunge and also spiral lead and no error. Maybe Zip and post a file.

The error happened on the machine while cutting...looked ok on the computer

I was almost going to ask if it was at the machine control.

I have had that happen at the control when the lead in rad was to small.
