Hello All,

I picked up an old SL-1A Mori lathe, but there weren't any manuals with it. The control is a Fanuc 11T and I have been trying to figure out how to home the machine properly and set the offsets. This is my first CNC control and it's pretty confusing looking at the screens.

Would anyone have an operator's manual for dummies that might help?

Alrighty then, I will continue to experiment.

How about a suggestion as to how to unclamp the tailstock which has been pushed to the far right side of the cavity? I guess in days gone by someone lifted it off the gear and pushed it aside to give more space, but I can't get it to budge. Is there a hold-down of some kind?
