    how to shut off Fapt on a 1999 daewoo with FANUC Puma 200 with FANUC 18T control

    as lona as Fapt is we can not use canned cycles but do not know how to turn off FAPT please help
    G70-G76 won't run with FAPT

    can cycles won't run i.e. g70-76 we think it is a FAPT conflict ? need to disable FAPT ? on Fanuc 18T on a deawoo Puma 200 how do you do?

    how do you turn off or deactivate FAPT on 1999 Daewoo Puma 200 with Fanuc T18 contol please help Can cycles won't run with FAPT activated

    You may have to change the operating system. Depending on the exact control model (a,b,c or i), that may be fairly simple and inexpensive.
    Give the model info.

    I meant the control model; take some close-up photos of the control part numbers.

    It is possible to deactivate fapt.

    But software has to change.

    And fanuc alphanumeric keypad as the addressing of keys are different.

    Like for example the letter p might be g ore some such.

    In the 90s I installed quite a few of these options on Daewoo lathes.

    I might even have some notes on it.

    I remember that the keypad had to be changed,an extra rom module and possibly some option bits.

    The photos are not from the control. Which control model is it? Is it a 18C?

    Unless the control is older then a 18B, the software is on flash and can be changed through a known procedure.
