    Chamfer tool questions

New here and pretty new to machining. I'm trying to put a chamfer around the edge of brackets that I have made. I'm doing all of this with FeatureCAM and a HAAS Mill. The chamfer bit seems to be following the correct path around the edge but it's a few tenths off of the edge of the material and not cutting at all. I'm trying to figure out what the issue is since I'm sure it's something I did and don't understand yet. We don't do much machining where I work and it's never very often and I'm learning as I'm going as well. What I wanted to start off with was how the tool was entered into the tool manager.

The chamfer mill we are using is a 60* .25" from McMaster

The attached image is how I have it setup in the tool properties

    Is this correct?

You need to put 30 degrees at the Angle Textbox according to the sketch at McMaster
