Enjoy! once you figure out how to talk to the machine, you will rarely go back to gcode.

I just started running a Mazak. I like the machine it was hard to figure out but I got the programming down. One thing I'm having trouble with is the programmable tail stock. I think the control is m32-2. Like I said I'm new to Mazak world... any help will be great.... thanks...

Hi there,

I have bought a Mazak Multiplex 620 T32-6. I wonder if I can get a programming manual for the Mazatrol conversational programming.

also, I have some alarms that I have not been able to solve.

Alarm 250. Spindle misoperation. I can not rotate the spindle manually. It seens that one signal from the door switch is missing. How to know this?. ow to read this information in the Diagnosis screen?.

I have been working with Mazak for 12 years and I am used to it and love it.
Now I am enjoying the Mazak Metrix- Integrex 400 -IV. if you
have any quastions you are very welcome to ask and i will try my best.

I just acquired this exact machine and know little about it. I have ran Mazatrol mills years ago but the lathe is new to me. Are you still up and running this?
