    Download to SRAM

    I got a Chiron with a Fanuc 21M the RS232 is broke and I need to get programs out pronto. Can I download the CNC to the SRAM slot in the back I followed the Chiron procedure but it is not working I am wondering if there is a parameter I need to turn on. or what am I doing wrong, Any help would be apreciated

    i have a 20T control and want to back up my ladder and such. what is this Chiron procedure? if you have time could you let me know. thanks in advance
