On occasion I have a need to make wall hangings and such in Chinese, and I have always had to type it in MS word and then scan the Chinese text and bring it into VcarvePro as an JPG File, and in some instances it is pixilated making rough engravings.
Is it possible to add Chinese text to the font listings in VcarvePro?

V Carve Pro should use any font that's installed in Windows.
If you have a chinese font installed, it will work in V Carve, but it will look like a normal english font while typing in the text box. But it should look correct when you click the Apply button.

After using the text tool in VCarve, I find it easier and faster to use something like Illustrator, or even something free like Inkscape, and convert the text to vectors then import it in VCarve. I find sometimes when importing Illustrator files, some fonts come out a bit wonky, but I think it's due to the way VCarve handles certain fonts.
