Wow, it can be done! Yes, Virginia, there is a cheap CNC mill. This is inspirational to someone who has neither the money nor the expertise yet. Any idea on total cost?

OSB and MDF about 10$ per square meter (cutting is free)
Lead screws (metric 12) are 2 or 3$
    Bolts 1$ for 10 pieces
Steppers 5$ each (from machine scrap seller at Ankara)
Drawer rails 3$ each set (double rail is a set)
Controller board and power supply are designed by my self.

I think this data gives an idea about total cost

Turkey is a very cheap country. but you can not find everything that you are looking for. For example I could not find IC1L6208 stepper controller here.

    Thanks for support and motivation

You're an example of the phrase:

"Necessity is the mother of invention"
