    Need Help- program starts in midde

    Hello All

    I am running Mach 3 on a KL 6090 CNC router.

    Every time we try to load a tool path the device only seems to load the 2nd half of the path and therefore starts somewhere in the middle.
    This is an intermittent fault.

    We are using a lap top with a USB adapter to run the CNC machine.

    Has anyone seen this problem before?
