Magnum II HD gantry fab- 4" channel flush with tabs?

I'm having trouble deciphering what this means on the plans. Does it mean there should be a 4 inch piece of channel welded between the gantry plates? Tech the motors or something? I don't see the tabs on the side plates. Thanks in advance

from the looks on the plans they are angels welded on the inside post likely to stiffen the bottom since there is no bottom they should be on the cut sheet to make you can always ask persision plasma an email
just red the bottom turn over and weld in channel 4 inch or 5 inch you must make keep below motor hole not lower then the bearings on the rail

Thanks for the reply. I messaged Ron and that's it. C-channel welded in under the stepper motor to reinforce the bottom. Glad I haven't painted it. Lol

Oh, and if anyone follows me, it's been with the tabs on the end that carry the front and rear bearings.
