Hello friends,

Can somebody help me out, when I try to orient the c axis it doesnt complete the operation and the alarm 39 over amp displays on the screen, the shaft that is connected to an hydraulic valve, the clamp that stops the c axis, when I try to orient the c axis it doesnt unclamp. Need help please.

Dear Friend,

You are not specific in hi-lighting the problem.

1. When you press the C- AXIS I/O push button you can see the C-AXIS gear engage/dis engage operation.

Is it happening?

2.You can check the spindle orientation in MDI mode by typing the command M19 .

Is it ok?

3.The C-AXIS clamp function is a synchronization of spindle orientation and C-AXIS orientation.

If there is any shift in the orientation the gears won't mesh.

I think your spindle drive is FR-SF.

Finally have you re-initialised the system and if so please ensure that all the parameters are input properly.
