cant use coolant with door open? is there a keep relay? just want to put a hose on it to wash the machine down with the door open, the M250 don't help. also does anybody know about turret maintenance on this machine, must be sealed bearings, pulled the a plug for a live tool and it was full of rust, no oil or grease in these turrets? any help would be great thanks.

To see if keep relay is programmed in, I need the ladder version.

Regarding maintenance of turret, there is a periodic maintenance schedule in the instruction manual of every machine.

If you "pulled the plug" for the live tool and found rust...that is not a maintenance issue (unless you have never done any) that is a seal issue allowing coolant into areas where coolant doesn't belong.

Regarding grease: When built, the turrets have all the grease needed to get them well through their periodic maintenance period.

If coolant gets in and washes that grease out or if no maintenance is done...things break pretty quickly.

I have tons of information/help...What information do you need to assist you?

ladder number PM25S31AA6S1, PM25A6S1 , just started this job, dont look like they did any maintenance to this machine, there was no coolant in the turret just rusty, what can i do to help it along? I dumped some oil in it and indexed it a around for a while, then let the oil drain out. what else can i do? if its a bad seal I suppose the turret needs to come off? found one live tool that was frozen, pull the covers and it was full of rust, it was missing a screw for one cover and i could see where the coolant got passed the seal, so I know they never do anything as far as maintenance,makes me crazy when a company spends that kind of money for the machine and dont take care of it, just pound the poor thing into the ground.
