Hi all
We have some nice in-house capability to Laser mark foam that I am thinking of packing into a machine and selling. It uses the LaserTech 6W 445nm Laser Diode which I think is class 4. If I enclose this with interlocks on the doors can I resell the machine without any problems?

Please let me know if anyone can help me understand what I can and cannot resell.

If you are worried about getting sued the answer is
