    Hi looey_bj,

Did you check all the other keyboard switch combinations to confirm there are no stuck keys making contact at the same time you are pressing the mode select key?

    looey_bj,

I believe it's better if we address your issue here, that way everyone benefits if we find a solution. Please let us know what you find with the keyboard.

Did you verify that all the boards in the controller are fully seated? The is also a ribbon cable that connects to the top of some cards which may be related to CAN bus vommunication.

If there is something wrong in canbus communication ,computer will give a err message on LED , but all led is flashing normally

    Some other suggestions:

    1) Do the soft keys ("advanced features", "customer service", "exit to dos") under the monitor work?
    2) Since you have an oscilloscope, you should verify the power supply output voltages for excessive ripple, an apparently common cause of problems on older Dynapath controls.

A few more questions for you

    1) Was this machine working recently or has it been off for some time?
    2) Can you tell us what you did to get your keypad working? Did you correct a problem with the control?
    3) What does the FAULT/STATUS screen say?
    4) I can't see from your photos, but is the feedrate override control set to stop? That would prevent the servos from moving.

thanks for your help , All problems have been resolved ,My machine is working normally now!

    what methed i used

1.panel keyboard function is controlled by PLC with CANBUS communication .When keyboard invilid ,we must check keyboard self ,if keyborad is ok ,then measurement the canbus ,the last check PLC .

    2. buy new ISA 96 PIN header and IDC10 head ,update!
3 with new line conection PLC Servo IO MTC
    4.monitor PLC siganl from screem

Finally ,i found the singal of JOG disable from screem,So, check MTC all lines. Retract BUTTON is broken!!!
