    Mdf 18mm cutting setting for 5 minutes

    Hi my name is marcus, i'm new user of cnc router for mdf wood like this image, size 1.22m x 2.44m thickness 18mm, right now i'm using rpm 18.000, stepdown 4mm second, feedrate 15mm/second, too slow, only 4 piece a day, and the router bit easily to broke, so need help, here is my questions


    What is the setting for these? material thickness 18mm
    1. spindle rpm speed?
    2. Step down mm/second?
    3. Feedrate mm/second?
    4. what kind of Router bit ?
