Hi my name is marcus, i'm new user of cnc router for mdf wood like this image, my question:
1. What is ideal spindle speed to not easyily burn
2. What is the ideal rpm speed?
3. What is the ideal feedrate?
4. what is the ideal router bit?
5. Material thickness 18mm, what is the number of stepdown?



Hope i can finish this arround 10 minutes to 20 minutes, please if you can help me

1) There really is no ideal speed, as it depends on a few things.
What the machine is capable.
If you want maximum tool life, or maximum quality.
What size tool you're using?
What you're actually cutting. Something like those letters may require a much lower feedrate in order to get good quality cuts

It depends.

You generally want to use the largest tool that you can.

The fastest way would be to use a 10-12mm compression spiral, at 20m/min and one pass.

More likely, though, you'll need to use a 6mm tool, and probably make 2-3 passes. With 3 passes, you can cut about 10m/min at 18,000 rpm.
But your machin'es capabilities may not allow this, and you also may need to go much slower to get better quality.
