Hello, Been using bluetooth serial devices for higher baud rate transfers, but they knock out the wireless internet and are spotty as far as reliability.
Constantly having to mess with them.
The plan is to switch to Lan based serial server devices, Neteon GW-212 but can't seem to get the connection working.
As I recall from way back when we wired directly from the com ports, (lower baud rates) there is some pin switching that needs to happen for the transfer to be understood by the haas. Why they wired it this way is beyond me?
Saw something on this in another post but it's not clear enough to understand from what I can tell. I will keep searching.
Anyone familiar with the correct pin swaps that need to happen?
(these are the older Haas machines without Ethernet)
Thanks so much!
