I have built a CNC freeform bender , Search Nissin freeform youtube to see one in action. I use CNC mills to cut molds now. We are trying to understand what we need to do to program this custom bender we built. It is 3 axis 2 for bend position and one axis for tube feed. We want to bend 3/16 copper tube for induction coils. can somebody steer me to cam software? or what I need to create my gcodes based on this configuration.

That is the coolest tube bender I have ever seen.
Thinking about the software to run that makes my head hurt. If I were doing this, I would write a program that would read the positions of the axes and then output the G-code. I would manually ''train'' the machine by jogging the axes then click the mouse at the transition points, much like is done with industrial robots.
What kind of a motion controller are you using to run the machine?
