150 Watts CO2 laser upgrade from non-metal to metal cutting

    Dear friends ,

I have started some searchings for upgrading my laser to do metal cutting .
I have gathered some informations but somehow i have to put them together to make it cut .

So I will want to be very short and specific wich are the main needs to make the laser cut :

1 New laser head ( 25 mm lens America II-VI mirrors 63.5 focal lengh
    2. A moving Z axis ( here I don;t know what THC to use and how to use it and make it move)
    3.GAS flow rate .
how can I control this gas flow rate and how to program in my opinion that gas valve to open/close when cutting is needed.
As I know it is needed 4 bars oxigen to cut metal
4.What softwere to use and do I need to replace my control card to combine gas flow control and the thc sensor .

Your advice is highly apreciated .

P.S. a have attached a photo with laser head made for cutting metal
