The machine did not cost much more than the cheapest Ebay K40's

But does it have the camera features and software control the MUSE and the Glowforge are using now.

No of course it does not, but it does exist and cuts really easy with no BS.

I can get another 1 or 100 tomorrow with no trouble, so I am not sure it is right to think of this in the same way as a Glowforge that may or maynot exist in real terms.
